The receptionist needs to be more helpful to customers, especially when in difficulty. I had issues with the cancellation app, but nobody could assist me way forward. They kept telling me to go to the app, or call booking.com.

A nice place to lay your head
The hotel staff were very nice. Good quality rooms. The beds were comfortable and it felt secure.
The Wifi was terrible. You get codes that work badly for about 5 mins before it cuts you out. I didn't have data so I was on a full digital detox the whole time I was there. They made us pay extra money for the room to have the second person in it, even though I booked a twin room. And I'd stayed there alone on the first night. I wouldn't buy anything from the hotel - they charge about 6 times the going rate for water. And likewise, if you want to get a taxi to the airport you'll pay 4 times the going rate for that. FYI it should cost you about £10 or $15.
